The off-roading trail of Finger Lakes State Park is open to all off-roading vehicles and for everyone.
Finger Lakes State Park is also offering 2.75 mile Kelley Branch Mountain Bike Trail.
Interestingly, although Finger Lakes State Park is public, this park also has a 4.5-mile water trail which is really admirable.

As of 2022, Pruitt Mountain Adventures offers several trials for off-roading.

If you are an experienced off-roading rider, Pruitt Mountain Adventures’ off-road park is highly recommended to test your skills.
No permission is required here, and Pruitt Mountain Adventures also hosts several special off-roading events each year.
Camping is available for riders, and all types of vehicles are permitted on the trails.
The admission fee is only $15 per person, and you don’t need to pay extra to join any events.

15. Cloud 9 Ranch Club
Cloud 9 Ranch Club is the oldest off-road park in Missouri; it was founded in 1972 and is still operating its operations.
Cloud 9 Ranch Club is a member-owned family camping and off-roading area located in Caulfield, Howell County, Missouri.
Over six thousand acres of area has several off-roading trails in Cloud 9 Ranch Club.
Cloud 9 Ranch Club features 150 miles of off-roading trails that are designed in various terrain. The trail is beginner-friendly; that’s why youth riders can practice.
Off-roading vehicles like UTV, ATV, OHV, and more are permitted on their trail. Camping is very popular in this off-road park.
As I mentioned earlier, Cloud 9 Ranch Club is a membership-based off-road park, so you need to be a member for off-roading.

16. Kasper OHV Park
Kasper OHV Park is an off-road park that Wellcome SXS, UTV, Jeep, Truck, SUV, ATV, and any off-roading vehicles that you have on their trail.
Kasper OHV Park features 126 acres of off-roading park that is located in the city of Crocker, Missouri.
They offer 2 acres of the mud play area, rock trails, and mud holes on trails but mostly wooded windy trails with bypasses.
The good thing is Kasper OHV Park has a kid’s track in the parking area, which is only for children under 12 years old.
Kasper OHV Park recommends everyone to call at least one hour before arrival. So, make sure you contact them before coming.
The entry fee of Kasper OHV Park varies on vehicles; $20 per off-roading vehicle, $10 per dirt bike, 15 per ATV, and $5 for each passenger or spectator.
Camping is available, but you won’t find any water and power in Kasper OHV Park.

USDA Forest Service operates this off-road park, so it’s free for camping, riding, and entering.
From January to December, Chadwick OHV Trail is open for everybody.
Chadwick OHV Trail features a parking area, water drinking facility, toilets, picnic tables, tent camping, and a camping trailer.

20. Soggy Bottom MX Park
Soggy Bottom MX Park offers 1,100 acres of multi-use trails for UTV, SXS, ATV, and mountain bikes.
Soggy Bottom MX Park was established in 2012, and still today, they are one of the best off-road parks in Missouri among many.
Like several off-road parks in Missouri, Soggy Bottom MX Park stays open 24 hours and seven days a week.
Here off-road riders are going to find over 40 miles of trails where all you are welcome on your UTV, OHV, SXS, and ATV.
Soggy Bottom MX Park is famous for mountain bike trails because it has 20 miles of a single track.
The admission fee is $20 per vehicle and $10 for passengers or spectators, but those under six years old are free.
